The name stuck, and for more than a decade now, he has performed around the world, best known as B.Clay. == Background == An AfroBeat, Reggae, and Hip-Hop artist, B Clay’s love for music can be traced back to his childhood. Even though his parents were not fond of the idea of him becoming a singer, he found inspiration in the music they surrounded him with. Influenced by Nat King Cole, Bob Marley, Fela Kuti, B.Clay started writing lyrics at a very early age, and that was the beginning of his career as a performer. Today, B Clay remains committed to his music after more than a decade of performing, writing, and producing music. B. Clay is both versatile and talented and has several awards to his name.
